IT Delivery Manager for JYSK

As the new Agile IT Delivery Manager at JYSK you will lead large-scale programmes involving multiple Agile teams and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that support both IT and business goals. The ART consists of more than 50 team members. You will report to the Head of IT Delivery and lead a team of five IT Delivery Leads.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As IT Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in enabling faster IT deliveries to the organisation. You will drive large-scale, cross-functional programmes that support JYSK’s digital transformation and strengthen their business agility.
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Ensuring Predictable PI (Program Increment) Delivery
- Leading SAFe ART events and related governance
- Driving transparency and data driven coordination
- Managing risks, impediments, and escalations
- Building, staffing, and shaping a stable ART
- Leading ways of working and fostering continuous improvement
- Driving stakeholder management across Purchasing, Flow of Goods and Compliance & Quality
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
They are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has solid experience in IT project or programme management and is familiar with Agile practices
- Is decisive, result driven, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Maybe brings experience with delivering digital solutions for use in purchasing and/or logistics
- Naturally leads through others – inspiring, motivating, and ensuring commitment across teams
- Proactively involves stakeholders and IT Delivery Leads
- Communicates clearly, consistently, and factually in English (Danish is an advantage)
- Preferably holds relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, SAFe Agilist, PMI ACP)
